Chase did our closing this year, expected just the normal plugs and such so we were shocked (and really excited) that they did the cover as well. Great service! 2025- Jay was our technician this year, and equally great!
I went to the Marion storeTuesday 10-21-2025 to have my water tested and their machine was not working. I also wanted to buy a filter for my hot tub that I bought at the Marion location, it was not in stock, so they ordered one for me. They call 10/24/2025 and said it has arrive. I went to pick it up and pay, the credit card machine was not working.
Jay with Aloha takes great care of us!! He has a huge work ethic, efficient, polite, friendly, informative and extremely knowledgeable!! Besides that, he’s an all around great guy!! Jay is one of the reasons we continue to do business with Aloha, USA from Union City!!!
