Came to my boyfriends home to fix a leak where the filter is the tech puts a Vaseline type gel around the ring and leaves, I ask him shouldn,t you put a new ring in he says the one I have is fine, 4 days later it started leaking again, I called them and was told I would have to pay for them to come back out, I said that's not right he should have put a new rubber ring in while he was here, basically I was told to bad we have cost to cover so you have to pay for another service call.
