This review is on the Patriot Pool customer experience - it is the opposite (negatively) of that which the acquired company Aloha Pools. I cancelled and cannot recommend based on the significant decline in service, professionalism, expertise.

Unresponsive and incompetent. If there was a zero, I would’ve picked it. Our pool contractor referred us to Aloha for our pool startup, which has turned into a disaster. They botched the startup and put double the amount of Calcium into the water creating a 6 week problem that resulted in draining the pool twice to rectify, many trips to the pool store to test water and a pool out of balance. Will not answer the phone after 430p even though your pool has been having reported issues since the weekend and no one has been out yet! I guess we are just among the others here who have experienced inconsistencies and their pools turning green. Ours turned green over the weekend, we tested the water and the chlorine was very low. They also do not use chlorine pucks which we found very odd. We have also caught them not scrubbing the pool as there was algea growing on the walls that my husband had to brush.
