I have had Aloha Pool Service since my pool was installed in 2002. I wish that all the rest of the service providers in Yuma did there job the way that these folks have done theirs. When I need something done it gets done. They provide great service for a great price.
Before reading these reviews I hired Aloha pool service. I was amazed at the quality of service provided. Everything I was told, they did. I was given options unlike the other service companies. My tile was cleaned an no additional charge. I have also had multiple parties in which the guys from Aloha have come out for free and cleaned the pool. I personally advise anyone to at least call them.

Aloha a pool Service is extremely unprofessional. At first they tell you that you will pay more a month for service but anytime your pool needs to be serviced they will do it for free...not true. I was gone for several weeks and when I came home my pool was dirty and needed chlorine badly. After leaving several messages for them to call, I finally heard back from them then next afternoon. Highway robbery with a smile. Will turn on pump and add chlorine. The rest you'll have to do yourself despite being billed for numerous services not provided. No supervision of technicians by management. Stay away at all costs.
