UPDATE FROM 1 Star to 5— I want to get a very big thank you to Ms Patty Moniz, Ms Holly and Mr Rory Chun. Upon finding out what happened, they took immediate action and started taking the steps to correct things. Ms Moniz kept me in the loop the entire process, and continued to provide updates without me having to reach out and ask for a status. If I could give 0 stars I would. I was told completely wrong information, when I explicitly asked if shipping a vehicle would cause a credit pull. Not even 3 minutes after submitting the shipping approval request through the link THEY SENT ME and AFTER I asked about a credit pull, 1 get notification that a hard credit check occurred. I called immediately and they put me on hold for 20 min, came back and said they'd call me back to figure out what happened. I have been trying to contact my main branch to speak to alive representative but have been unsuccessful. The automated options is frustrating. The only number that is provided by ALoha Pacific Federal Credit Union is listed in the search engines but it will take you all day long to get through if you’re lucky enough. The other option is that it gives you would be to leave your number in the QUE for a representative to call you back. This is not the case as nobody calls you. Filipino tellers here need more training. Was told I can call the number on the back of my card to file a credit dispute and when I called they said I need to contact my bank so basically wasted my whole day because someone doesn't know how to do their job. Not very efficient at this location either. Kaimuki branch USED TO BE the best. They know what they're doing and work quickly to get you in and out, but as of 2025, this is no longer true.
