Emil - how can you improve when it's already too late and have to call all the people involved with my account due to your staff NOT typing in that I DON"T do cell that's where the negligent of your bank and I told them when I was in person to make sure someone knows that then this FIS of yours did not follow suit was told they emailed me and I tried finding their email but I don't see it so it did mess up my accounts big time.
