I had an amazing experience with Nancy and Rei at Aloha Nails (Scurfield location). After a bad experience at the Pembina location, I left and came straight to this one, and I’m so glad I did. Nancy and Rei were incredibly understanding and kind. They really took the time to listen to me, helped me choose the right colour, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I got an acrylic fill here because I’m going on a trip and was desperate to get something done. Prior to this appointment, I had gone here a few times and my acrylics have broken off in 2-3 days. Which, it happens. Not a big deal, they fix for free within 5-6 days, but I wasn’t going to consider them a top choice after it was repetitive. HOWEVER. I called and made an appointment for 11. Never again. No foot soak…barely any water. Was rough and made my toes bleed at corners. Did not feel it was worth the cost. If I could give no stars….i would. I had a pedicure…not listed in services.
Wonderful service, I got hands and toes services, staff are very nice Definitely will recommend to my friends
