Came in for a shellac pedicure. Service was not very friendly. Nails were not shaped uniformly- some are rounded and others square. They were very rough with filing and cutting my cuticles to the point where my toe was cut and bleeding. My feet are sore to the point where I cannot wear shoes. First and last time ever visiting that location.

Long story short - a walk-in manicure took 2 hours. They say they have time when they don’t. They get you in a chair and start and stop the service so you can’t leave. I understand not wanting to turn away business but just be honest with your customers - if there is a wait I would have came back. Now I unfortunately won’t be coming here again.
