Awesome experience with Rigo at Aloha motors. Great communication, answered or called back every time I called. He stayed late to make sure I could get my new bus. Would highly recommend.
Sales man was dismissive of my presence seemed very not interested to do business. Showing me a wrong KBB of the car then when i confront him about it he starts showing me another number. Honestly I don’t like writing such reviews but I really dislike such dismissive behavior.
Unfortunately, I did not have a positive experience at Aloha Motors. At first, they were dismissive of me as a customer. When I went without my male partner, I was discouraged from test driving the vehicle I was interested in and was told I could have an appointment slot if other clients were not present at the time of my slot. When I returned with my partner, the vehicle I was interested in had a new scratch which was not accounted for. I was given a new quote which was higher than the original quote I was given.
