Since 2020, SO much has changed. Here in Aloha, it is for the better. Now it is 2023, and there is a lot of beautiful improvements with new solid homes, new enforced guidelines, and new management; there are not police here investigating damage or crime. It is a peaceful place my mom calls her temporary home.
New owner/manager Park management has changed for the better since 2020. David is very easy to communicate with and has a wonderful family on his team working to keep renovating and beautifying Aloha Mobile Home Park on this quiet street. Ali gators in the creek are a plus!!!
FILTHY DIRTY PARK They managers are degrating to tenaants.They violently drive loud machines that destroy any peAce and quiet. They Drive around at night staring at your Mobil homes. With cameras trying to catch the RESIDENCE doing something wrong so they can evict them and RESELL their homes

ITS SUPPOSED TO BE 55 OR OLDER,THERE ARE MORE YOUNG PEOPLE WITH SMALL CHILDREN.THE POLICE WERE IN THE PARK ON A NITELY BASIS,CRIME,DRUG ACTIVITY....THE MANAGEMENT REFUSES TO ADDRESS THESE PROBLEMS,THEREFORE MOST OF THE LONG TIME RESIDENTS ARE MOVING OUT
