Had a terrible experience with their customer support maybe around half a year ago. The person I talked with on the phone told me things that didn't make sense and didn't seem to be true, and wouldn't answer reasonable questions about the product. Didn't seem to know, or want to answer, basic facts about the product and seemed to be making things up on the spot. On the other hand, I do like their Lion's Mane powder, I *think* it's doing something good for me.

I spent over $220 for a kilo of their Cordyceps extract. What I got was closer to rice extract than Cordyceps. I took several grams on an empty stomach and experienced no enhancement of physical endurance. Felt absolutely nothing. I've taken Cordyceps for over 20 years, and their product is by far the most inferior. They won't offer a refund either. Once you open the package, and find out what you got, your are stuck with their bunk product while they laugh to the the bank. Shameless scammers.
Whats happening is company closing down i cant get red reishi in capsules anymore..if this company transfered to another please let me know ASAP ive ordered from you for many years and i need to continue ordering.
