We are forever grateful for the installation of our Bruno stairlift with the quick response from Steve to scheduling and informing us on what will be done, and to our outstanding, knowledgeable, awesome installer Andrew. He was so conscious with perfection making sure that it was installed and operating properly. We had excellent service from the beginning. John our sales rep was great. We got our lift installed quicker than anticipated. Andrew, our installation technician, he was courteous, a very knowledgeable worker. He made our lift fit perfectly for our needs. I would strongly recommend Aloha Luft for anyone who lives in Hawaii.
While the $7000+ Bruno stair lift we purchased 2 years ago was a God send for our aging parents, now that they have passed we hoped to be able to move the lift to another home of someone in need. Was told it was not possible because "they don't sell that brand any longer". I just asked if a person could buy a new section of aluminum extrusion to fit the rise of the staircase in the new house and pay for installation. I was essentially told to throw it away. Not pono.
