I love this place! My CrossFit home away from my CrossFit home! For the last few years, I’ve been training at Aloha Kihei CrossFit when I come to vacation. This community is so welcoming. Great members, elite coaches and programming for all levels of experience. The true Aloha spirit lives at this gym! If you’re looking for a place to train when you are in Maui, this is it!

Aloha Kihei Crossfit is the extension of our family (ohana) and the optimization of our body that we all need. Regulars bring their kids and pets which creates an environment of community. I came roughly 8 years ago for the 1st time and was very happy to see that the culture is still intact. Thank you Frank and Nae for the amazing workout, encouragement and push!

I dropped in here all week while I was in Kihei and LOVED it! The coaches were super knowledgeable and the members were extremely friendly and kind. Thanks for making me feel at home. I look forward to coming back on my next trip to Maui!
