Did a couple of drop in classes while on vacation. Sign up was easy and was greeted warmly by Frank. The gym was clean and the workout space was roomy enough for all athletes. Frank was the coach and explained each WOD easily. Warm ups were great and the workouts were awesome! Had a great sweat and felt accomplished. Other athletes were friendly and welcoming. Great Box! Your team has a great thing going! Keep up the good work. I’ll be back when I’m in Maui! Thanks again!
My wife and i dropped in here a few days ago and had a great experience! The community was very welcoming, the coach was very involved, and the workout was great! Highly recommend dropping in here if on a trip to Maui. Hopefully we will be back soon! Thank you!
Dropped in twice with my husband while on vacation, and got trained by Frank and Alayna! We loved our time here. The coaches and members were awesome and welcoming. The coaches were great and super engaged in class, giving encouragement and pointers to all attendees. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to get a sweat in on vacation, you won’t be disappointed :)
Came by for a drop in and Joe was awesome! Smaller gym but big in heart. He was constantly walking around encouraging and pushing us to finish. Will be back next month!
Dropped into Aloha Kihei Crossfit for 10 days while on family vacation and have nothing but GREAT things to say! The workouts are so good and challenging, coaches are AMAZING and give so much feedback and instruction to even the drop ins! i was very impressed with how through the warm ups are! not to mention the nicest and most welcoming people! (shout out 5 am!)
