*UPDATE* These guys are crooks who do not correct their mistakes. We are paying interest on a device that was NOT installed on our vehicle, and we were told none other than by STEVEN the bank would not finance the original # they sent because they made a mistake on their end, so we signed the contract only on that condition. This was by far the worst first experience we’ve had purchasing a car from a dealership. It started off smoothly with Luke, and we were happy at first. The car had just arrived on the lot, so it hadn’t been inspected or prepped yet—including the installation of a tracking device, which all cars on the lot are supposed to have (as indicated by the stickers on them). We asked Luke if we could opt out of the $1,500 tracking device since we have our own tracking system. He said that was fine and told us to just let the finance p... read more
So very very rude and unhelpful. Waited a month after service apt. Apparently my part was always in stock and they had no record of my visit and cld not find me in the computer. Ridiculous. Got shuffled from ext. to ext. and hung up on over the phone.
Amazing experience at Aloha Kia! Jeff took great care of me and got me back on the road. If you need any service for your vehicle definitely come here! They will take great care of you and get the job done right and treat you like family! Thanks again Jeff!
Update: Jeff in service is the only redeemable thing here. He is great. But first of all don't get stuck with a Kia, and sales process was still awful. Just plain awful. Sure, specifically- never return phone calls or answer the phone. Don't care about owners. Sales process was painful. In the end they didn't even do what they said and had to refund me directly meaning I'm paying interest on their mistake. And would have just taken the money had I not combed through the paperwork.
