I’ve had horrible service over the past 3 years from Kia Maui, from service, parts to management! I don’t even know where to begin and don't have enough time to explain - just be aware and stay away. I’ll never be purchasing from them ever again.
*UPDATE* These guys are crooks who do not correct their mistakes. We are paying interest on a device that was NOT installed on our vehicle, and we were told none other than by STEVEN the bank would not finance the original # they sent because they made a mistake on their end, so we signed the contract only on that condition. Come to find out, we are indeed paying for the original # and we haven’t received a refund yet either! This was by far the worst first experience we’ve had purchasing a car from a dealership.
