Horrible service in ordering parts to my vehicle. I was told multiple times that they would order my volume knob to my vehicle when I bought it. It's been right months since I've bought the vehicle and still haven't gotten my volume knob. I was also not sent my vehicle registration and had to pay a late fee because they didn't send me my vehicle registration form renewal. I would advise to not purchase a vehicle from Aloha Kia.
This dealership is a joke. Vee, the joke of a salesman will lie and bs to get you into the dealership. Them, waste minimum an hour of your time to not get your business. Terrible business practices. In other words, don't waist your time, go elsewhere!
