If you’re considering purchasing a hot tub, do yourself a favour and make this place your first and only stop. They are the best in the business and they sell the best tubs for use here in Canada. I have owned one of their amazing Beachcomber tubs for 9 years and I’ve had next to zero issues with it in that time. The after sales customer service is 10/10 and worth every penny that you spend on the best tubs on the market. Check them out, you will be thanking me later!
I can not say enough great things about this team of people. Everything from the purchased to the delivery was excellent. I had no worries and was taken care of through the process. Kelly recommended Bobby from Prairie Summit Contracting to complete our electrical for the tub. I highly recommend Bobby very good service and clean installation. If you are buying a hot tub in Regina you can't go wrong with these folks!
We had a great experience with Beachcomber when the time came to replace our hot tub. Mitchell spent a ton of time with us, answering all our questions and providing exceptional service. Delivery and electrical hook up went smoothly and our post delivery care and communication with the entire Beachcomber team has been top quality. A month in and we couldn’t be happier.
