We unexpectedly found BeachComber when they had a pop up roadshow event at Costco. We stopped to talk to Mitchell - the salesman who was working the show, and our experience from start to finish was excellent! Mitchell was very professional, knowledgable and courteous when handling the sale of our tub with us. He was able to answer any and all questions that we had. If you’re considering purchasing a hot tub, do yourself a favour and make this place your first and only stop. They are the best in the business and they sell the best tubs for use here in Canada. I have owned one of their amazing Beachcomber tubs for 9 years and I’ve had next to zero issues with it in that time. The after sales customer service is 10/10 and worth every penny that you spend on the best tubs on the market. Check them out, you will be thanking me later!
