I bought my beachcomber hot tub from Gail and Kelly 12 years ago, and it has been the best purchase of my life. Amazing tub, and the customer service has been incredible. I had a small leak recently, and I sent a video to Gail to show her and to tell me what I should be doing. And she popped right over, and fixed it up for me. So kind of her!! My husband and I went into aloha yesterday and were greeted with a smile. Kelly (the owner) was extremely knowledgeable about all of the tubs, she wasn’t a typical pressuring sales person, but rather a friendly face who knew what she was talking about but only wanted to educate us so that we could make the best decision on which tub was right for us. The hot tub I got unfortunately is an older used arctic spa so I have to deal with competitors more often when I need to get parts. Aloha still has been absolutely great to deal with for advice, products and service. If I ever look at getting a new hot tub. You will definitely see us. Thank you so much.
