Roaches galore
We called to purchase a home in Aloha we are in mid 60s we have a 34 year old son totally paralyzed can't talk we wanted to down size from our home we take full care of our son aloha turned us down because he's not 55 or older it's a disgrace I have been a home owner in the area for 40 years serving the community as a Firefighter for over 30 years and still life member because of our son they said nuttin they can do

Owner is very unpleasant to those who complain about issues and then retaliates. My mom was subject to this behavior to the point she filed a complaint with the state which only made things much worse. Management takes advantage of the elderly with inflated costs for repairs and failure to property maintain community grounds. Poor roads with many potholes that are just patched up.
