Rented a Cape Coral house for the end of July; received the confirmation email & mailed the check certified, which they received. I called to confirm the reservation 2 weeks before (on a Monday). Nadja answered the call & said she was not in the office and to text her with the information I wanted to confirm. I rented 1001 SE 21st, Cape Coral, FL vacation rental. It was the worst rental I have had. There were so many issues to list them all. The pictures show a beautiful rental, but when you are there it is not the same. It is in need of a total refurbishment. Very sad that the owners will rent a house in that condition.
