Sierra the optician is an angel! My glasses broke while on a local hike. She fixed them expertly and asked for nothing in return. Vacation saved! One word of advice: if you call in advance, just ask the main desk if Sierra is working that day. There was a little confusion when I called ahead to see if the clinic could help me. They told me they couldn’t if I wasn’t a pre-existing patient or hadn’t bought my glasses there. Simply not true. Sierra is happy to help!
Dr Guild was great. The staff!? I don’t know why they still since I started as a patient in 2022 team is under training… no one answers calls, messages left for technicians etc. have been following up for 2 weeks escalating supposedly to a manager to still be sitting waiting for an update on my prescription. I have had the worst of luck here. I can’t get transferred to talk to someone that understands what I am asking for. A simple request really. Add frames to my prescription. That simple. I went here when I was on my honeymoon with my husband thinking I had a contact stuck in my eye. They worked me in their schedule with ease and everyone was very friendly! I definitely recommend them.
Stopped in for an eyeglass repair while on vacation. Extremely impressed with the kindness and professionalism of the staff. Beautiful clinic, as well. Highly recommend!
Losing my glasses almost ruined the rest of my vacation, but the generous folks at the Aloha Eye Clinic saved the day! I couldn't recommend them more.
