Poor Service and they'll make you CRY! – I had a really bad experience with Aloha Event Services (a.k.a. McRon's Party Rentals) when I was planning my wedding. I dealt with a wife and husband team, Pamela and Sandy McCubbin, respectively. Their customer service is not as professional as you would hope for in a party rental services company, that includes handling something as important as weddings.
