I usually have a great experience when going in for my appointment at Aloha Behavioral Consultants but today the receptionist was very short and rude towards me when asking her if she could check in with my doctor because I’d waited almost 30 minutes after my appointment time to be seen which is unusual. Her tone really shifted my experience at my appointment today, hopefully she has a better day because her attitude wasn’t at all welcoming.
Being there in person is much easier to do than to call. In person it feels like they know you and are there to help. Yet with calling they won't answer, it just goes straight that they're closed when they're not
The billing team always gets back to me promptly and provides great understanding to why I may owe for my co-pays and deductibles. The entire staff is wonderful
I like the front desk people and my son's counselor. I'm attempting to contact them on Saturday about billing. It days they've been open since 8:30am... It's 9:10. It was about missing an appointment I didn't know was rescheduled.. Since they are half an hour late maybe it will be called even?
