Everyone is great! Horrible with prescriptions and refills, even when you have some and all they have to do is call the pharmacy... NOPE! I call early Friday about my meds and hear nothing, come to find out that they are gone for the weekend 🤣. One hell of a "Behavioral Health" place right? Haha 🤣, so thanks to them this weekend will be full of fun treats... I will be switching providers very shortly, I can guarantee that! 🤬
I usually have a great experience when going in for my appointment at Aloha Behavioral Consultants but today the receptionist was very short and rude towards me when asking her if she could check in with my doctor because I’d waited almost 30 minutes after my appointment time to be seen which is unusual. Her tone really shifted my experience at my appointment today, hopefully she has a better day because her attitude wasn’t at all welcoming.
Being there in person is much easier to do than to call. In person it feels like they know you and are there to help. Yet with calling they won't answer, it just goes straight that they're closed when they're not
The billing team always gets back to me promptly and provides great understanding to why I may owe for my co-pays and deductibles. The entire staff is wonderful
