Too many guests performing drug deals. As a permanent resident, I don’t think a location that pretends to be HOA anything should work in a condominium that allows guests to break the rules that tenants can’t even breathe around. Your Labrador and golden retriever don’t need to be here if I’ve been threatened for just owning a Cavalier husky mix that was less than 40 pounds.
