My experience with Aloha Coast Realty was great. I used them for long term rental of my property. They did obtain several tenants and kept my property maintained while is was vacant for short periods. I utilized agent Christi Malicoat to sell my property after the market returned. Christi sold it in one month! She was a total professional. Very pleased with both divisions of this company.

Because of Tara and Viki I'll give two stars because they're wonderful people. but that's where it stops. as a former client, I was insulted by John Dirgo and fired because according to John, I will never change my ways. I believe by that he was upset because I was very involved with my guests. In fact, I do believe many of my reservations came from me. yet not one time did Stay or Aloha coast honor the fact that they pay anyone who gets a booking a %. I used Aloha Coast Realty Property Management, specifically agent Amanda Donaldson. At first Amanda was a very helpful in the process of securing our agreement for her to manage my property in Pahoa. As time passed, it became harder to communicate with her. It was either she was "out of the office" or "working in Kona." She was slow to reply to emails and telephone contact was always a hit and miss. I had requested termination of my agreement in September 2013 and assumed reserve funds would be sent to me.
