Dropped off two suit jackets this past Wednesday. The two jackets were received by a Ms. "Sue", presumably the owner. I prepaid the $23 charge in cash, was given a receipt. Went to pick them up two days latter (1/22/2016 - midday). After waiting five minutes within no one attending the register, I proceeded to the backrooms where Sue and coworkers were fraternizing.
