Thought he would be a great realtor, cost me several hundreds of dollars to get out of a contract because the inspection report showed it would cost thousands to correct issues. He did not try to fix the situation he basically said pay or lose it all. Don’t get me started on the horror story of the house he did for my son. My advice is if you use him DO NOT USE ANYONE HE SUGGESTS FOR INSPECTIONS. Better yet find another realtor. Guess they only respond to good reviews.
