I've worked with this company on 2 carpet jobs and 1 tile job, and have had extremely negative experiences. The management is unprofessional and unresponsive, the workmanship is subpar and installers can be very sketchy. It doesn't seem like they vet their subcontractors or perform any background checks. I've experienced inappropriate behavior from the men on their crews and at times I was left feeling unsafe in my home because of this.
