I was lucky enough to have availability for a haircut and dye as soon as possible. Suzanne took me in and listened in detail to what I wanted. She did an amazing job on my haircut and is a great conversationalist. 👍
I made an appointment with Alicia over a month ago and the day of my appointment 1 hour before I was scheduled. I texted Alicia and asked to confirm that we are still on for today and she cancels. Apparently the AC went out for two days so now she is playing “catch-up”. If she knew that she would have to cancel the appointment she should have told me either when it happened or in the morning.
