Absolutely disgusting… do not fall for the cheaper price you end up in a condemned building with rats at your feet!
Stayed 15th Feb 2026, it is an oldish establishment which is, in my opinion, central everything that makes a GR8 break at Surfers Paradise. The room was surprisingly nice and clean with all the facilities you may need, except knives, forks and spoons, so if you think you may need such utensils, pack them. The Pool was GR8 and the Sauna was also so bloody good. For the price you pay at almost $200 per day, this place was falling apart. TV blew up first night. One very thin dirty blanket supplied. Aircon is mouldy and sounds like a tractor. Needless to say cannot be used. Cutlery supplied is dirty. Bathroom is disgustingly filthy. Carpets torn and stained. Room overall is run down. Fridge is in clothes cupboard as well as hot water system so no where to hang your clothes if you would wish to do so. Just extremely disgusting and not worth the money at all.
