I’ve never seen worse customer service in my life. My dog was scheduled to arrive for pickup at 12:15am and the flight was 3 hrs late. No one bothered to give me a call or send an email to notify me of the delay and no one seemed to care that this poor animal hadn’t been fed or watered for 4+ hrs. Go with a different carrier! Poor treatment of customers and animals.
They are so slow here. Sometimes 30-60 minutes just to pick up one box. Today stood in line 10 minutes and no one even bothered to come out of the office. Terrible service every time guarenteed.
