tried to charge me $2600 for 6 months premium auto insurrance for my 2019 honda civic with 60k miles on it when i specificially asked Natasha to put all of my options at low. she put pip 500$ deductible to 50k behind my back to drive up the premium up to ultimately cash in her commision rate.
