AHS assigned them to my issue with A/C leaking condensate into emergency pan. First time they came by they tried cleaning the drain line. Promised it will fix the issue. It didn't. Second time they came they put extra tape on the bottom where the water was leaking. Promised it will fix the issue. It didn't. Third time they came, they billed me $400 because AHS wouldn't approve the work, but I thought, hey maybe they will fix the issue finally, they replaced the emergency pan due to rusting, put some putty around the ducts. 2 stars, 1 is minimum and 1 is for adjusting before I went to small claims court. Due to AC not working, AHS( American Home Shield) assigned Aloha to fix the AC. Without naming any technicians, technician #1 came and said that coil needs to be replaced and I will have few options to get it fixed. He mentioned he took some pictures to send to AHS. AHS said that they will get new coil installed but there are code violations not covered and have to pay Aloha $1910 to fix along with 10 lbs of Freon ($115 per lb not covered) but ... read more
I've been a homeowner for almost 20 years and find Aloha to be up in that category of knowledgeable professionals. Our technician, Gino, was thorough and answered all my questions. What really sets these folks apart is their willingness to get the job done right and do it well. You don't find a whole lot of people and companies who have that commitment and follow through.
