One of the best mechanics I have serviced my car with. Gratitude to Lance, who was professional, honest and transparent when it came to what works were needed for my car to pass registration. Jacinta on reception is kind, and clear with communication. Overall as a new customer I am so pleased with the service received.
Lance provided outstanding service today. I dropped in after spotting a check engine light on my car and he quickly identified it was just a non-serious solenoid fault - nothing to worry about. He even replaced a brake light I didn't realise was out. Super honest and helpful. I'll be back for sure! Thank you Lance.

We have two generations of family being looked after by Pat and the his dedicated & trusted team. From quick bulb changes to services, brake pads to full gear box replacements. Everything is explained so it's easy to understand and there have been instances where they've shown us the old brake pads or stearing racks to point out the issues. We have also directed friends who now use their services.
Doing a pink slip here is okay here but never the service of my BMW anymore in this company. I had a service of my BMW ~8 months ago and after just two months, I got message to top up coolant. After 8 months, today, I got a message to top up Brake fluid. Worst of all, I found that the service they did 8 months ago did not register in the computer. He said he did it in the phyical log book.
