Visiting with friends in Raleigh and chose this Aloft for the location. Excellent choice. There were so many options of places to walk but if you choose the hotel the bar is very comfortable and the bartenders were great. Comfortable room with everything we needed. Clincher was when we accidentally left an item in the room, hotel staff contacted us before we could even reach out to them. Great service!
Great location, but we had no hot water two mornings in a row and the manager refused to compensate us for that.
We recently had to travel from the DMV area to Raleigh, North Carolina, for a funeral, and by the time we arrived at the Aloft Hotel, it had been a very long and emotional day. From the moment we checked in, Mada truly made all the difference. She was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and professional. Great location. A couple issues with room and took a little longer to get addressed. Claimed shift change but that should be done quicker and not hours to wait. Place was nice, good location and vibe.
