I have always appreciated a stay at Aloft but this time around, the superior service has been really appreciated. Having to extend my stay a couple of times for a medical issue, the team ensured that everything was seamless and went above and beyond. In particular, Dallas at concierge is such an asset.
This is our second time staying here, and it honestly just keeps getting better! From the moment we checked in, the staff were warm, welcoming, and super helpful — they really make you feel at home every time.
