Awful, I mean the worst experience ever. Payed threw a third party and they didn't know how to get there pay so they charged my card. I already payed once and now they are trying to charge me again. I guess there is no good help anywhere anymore. Filthy floor. Smells bad. Paper thin walls. Did not get the room I reserved. Horrible furniture. They must pay people or flat out lie on other reviews.

Thank you for reaching out! Upon looking, it appears we had a reservation for you coming in on the 14th of November and it went to a no show reservation. From there you did indeed stay with us on the 16th. Both reservations were through a third party and I do not see a personal card on either. I would recommend reaching out to ********* and speaking with their customer service team.
