Quiero dejar una queja, la realidad es que el hotel esta muy bien, buenas instalaciones, sin embargo algo que supero cualquier atencion, fue que nos retuvieron 2 mil pesos de 2 noches que pasamos con ellos, ya han pasado 5 dias habiles y no nos han devuelto el dinero, practicamente te retienen el dinero de 1 noche extra en el hotel. Frecuentemente visito el valle y jamas me han pedido dejar un deposito, no volveria ni recomendaria a nadie este hotel por esta sencilla razon.

Excelente servicio, muy rico el desayuno, habitaciones limpias cómodas y espaciosas, recepción muy buen trato especialmente Sra María 🫶🏻 ubicación excelente!
