Rooms are small and WXYZ bar has some issue (new hotel) but they have a pool, excercise room, and actually have clothes washer and dryers for extended stay; the front desk are great, free breakfast that is pretty good for being free, and easy location to get to and out of and ample overflow parking close.

Great hotel for the price. Location is good for airport and places to eat. They do have a good menu for on site food too.
