Horrible experience staying here with my three kids. Arrived at 5:00 PM and was given keys to Room 502, which was ALREADY OCCUPIED. When I told the receptionist, she questioned if I was "sure" and then called the room right in front of me to ask the guests for their last name—a major privacy and security failure.She then ignored basic hospitality courtesy, giving amenity info to other guests while completely ignoring us.
