They never finished the rooms. Ceilings are just bare, cracked concrete with construction markings on them. Front desk was asked 3 times for water jugs for our conference rooms. They never delivered. One attendee almost passed out of thirst. Overall I think they spent all their money on tech and downstairs decorations and ran out of money to finish the rooms.
