The room was incomplete. It looked like a studio apartment. The phone in the room did not work. The lights in the room did not work. We did not see room service not once they didn’t put any trash bags in our trashcan. They did not clean our room would not recommend.

Really bad hotel. Shower look like somebody just got out of it, toilets aren’t clean and won’t flush. Tabitha at the front desk can’t do anything but sit with her legs propped up on her phone and don’t know how to help. Do not come here go somewhere worth your money where the workers care.

Mi experiencia fue fenomenal, el hotel está muy bien ubicado, la zona está llena de restaurantes, atracciones y vistas increíbles. Mención especial a MO quien fue la persona que nos atendió y encargó de que nuestra estadía fuese increíble. De verdad que vale la pena pasar una semana acá y disfrutar de esta hermosa ciudad. Minimalist rooms. Comfortable and clean. Check-in was friendly. Location is excellent for dining and shopping.

Leaving a five star, because their management's customer service was amazing and with that being said, I will most certainly be staying here whenever I make my next visit to Chicago! They were so kind and understanding with a personal issue I had going on and I really appreciate that,because it's so hard to find good customer service these days, so it meant alot!
