I’m writing a follow-up to my previous review because the situation has become even more disappointing. After my room flooded due to what was clearly an issue on the hotel’s end, several of my personal belongings and clothing were damaged. The total value of the items was around $400, and I made what I felt was a very reasonable request for $200 in compensation for the damage. Charge to park in there open unshared parking lot. No free breakfast. Gym under renovation and offered no comps.

Easy on-line reservations. OUTSTANDING front desk Customer Service. Great maintenance staff who rapidly corrected a minor television issue. Very comfortable rooms. Pool and Fitness Center were closed due to upgrades. Nice bar in lobby open until midnight. Nice pool table on lobby for guests. Very enjoyable stay!
The staff is good but the gym is closed and the indoor pool closed
