Friendly Informative Willingness to do tests for answers
First let me say that the NP we saw was very kind and nice which I appreciate. Let me also say that this facility is very clean and zen. They even have a little kids corner in the wait area which my son loved. The location was also convenient. The main reason for my negative review is because our prescription was never sent to the pharmacy and added an additional 2-3 hours to our already negative experience, and at the appointment I believe less invasive and traumatic measures should have been exhausted first.
