Alo communication sucks. Purchased a set online received the pants and not the top never received an email or anything that the top was on backorder, had I not called to find out where the rest of my order was, I would have never known. This will be by last purchase from Alo
Three failed deliveries and counting. My order was supposed to arrive on October 7. UPS flagged "incorrect address" three days in a row (Oct 7, 8 and 9) because the apartment number was missing from the shipping label — even after I gave Alo my full correct address, including apartment 207 and building 10. Worse, UPS "corrected" the address on its own to a completely different street in another city. Tell your employee Lex Bader to send me my money back from the pdf I paid for two weeks ago and never received. Not to mention the multiple emails that have gone unanswered. Unsure about this company but the formbylex one is a thief.
87 days! That’s how long ALO kept me waiting while promising responses within 1–2 business days. 10 days for the first reply. 57 days of silence after escalation. Another 20 days of silence after reopening the case. 87 days total…almost three months!…Truly unbelievable! Still NO RESPONSE!
