I have emailed and called customer service no less than 20 times in the past month and I have still not gotten a response. Bought 2 gift cards for Christmas and neither one of them worked.

File a complaint with the BBB against this company. You should never shop here. I placed an order in November 2024. I shipped both items back for an exchange. I received one item and not the other. They kept my money and issued no refund or store credit. I’ve called 5 times, waiting on hold for hours. I’ve selected the call back option with no call back. The culture at HQ is as toxic the bad makeup that Sophie and her lackey wears. At least most of the influencers who went were more secure than them and showed up au natural. Even though it’s free if you’re lucky enough to get invited, it’s not worth the overall cost for the way that they treat you.
I placed an order with Alo in November. I received an email 3 days later saying the package has been delivered (with no photo evidence or clear indication as to where exactly it was delivered to).
