Had to jump through hoops and spend over 2 hours trying to get ahold of a real person at Alo. They are selling items on the website that aren't actually in stock and not informing customers. The item I was waiting for in particular's going to start shipping 3 weeks from order date. They told me it was a pre-order even though when I order it, it was in stock and it still shows in stock on their website What a scam, taking money and not shipping items out.
My Alo order has turned into a month-long nightmare. Placed on 31 Aug, it arrived late and massively oversized despite following their sizing guide (Medium listed as 38–41”, actual chest is 50”). The only customer service rep who offered to help simply stopped responding to my emails, leaving me stuck with an item that doesn’t fit and no resolution. For a so-called premium brand, this is unacceptable. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.
Alo Yoga shipped to the wrong address. I made two phone calls and was put on hold for 1.3 hours and 1.5 hours. Each time started talking to a live person and they hung up. Tried Chat wait 30-40 minutes for a live agent and always got chat ended. Tried email and no response. Tried texting from the customer service and nothing. Quick to take your money slow to help you. Next step dispute charges.
THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF ANY COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!! They don’t answer the service phones. They don’t answer the Chat or Texts…TERRIBLE TERRIBLE…
