2 days in a row I’ve gone to the 10 Columbus circle address to retrieve my items and both times I’ve been told my items are. It in the store even though my email and customer service both state that my items are there. So on my daughter’s 16th birthday she had none of her items I had purchased for her. I applied for the Alo Pro Program and was approved, but I never received the 25% discount. I have contacted support multiple times and spent a long time on hold, but I have not received any clear response. Costumer service told my case would be investigated, but nothing has been resolved.
