I have bought many alo sweat sets because they’re cute and trendy even though it is a colossal waste of money because of their horrific quality and pilling issue, but I will never ever buy something from alo again. I love wearing Alo, I don’t know why. But their customer service? Haha nope! Sarcastic people for some reason, I don’t know why. You guys shape up! You are not gods!
Alo yoga is a best retail ever! Customer service might be a bad experience, we also need to understand their policy and terms and conditions. You will be accommodated but not on your terms, you will be accommodated because of it's terms and conditions.
Not a surprise the reviews are all 1 star. TERRIBLE customer service. The employees at the Kierland store, in particular. Awful experience.
