I love Alo and they always make beautiful clothing 🩷 I love taking the Alo Wellness Classes and talking to my friends everyday about Alo. We are always excited for the new color drops and events. We are always rooting for Alo 🤍 the store employees are also very helpful. Every Alo employee and representative I have ever met have always been great.
Terrible first experience at ALO Boca Raton. Tried to exchange Christmas gifts purchased during the 30% sale for a smaller size. The item was out of stock, so we spent over an hour finding replacements. Then management refused to honor the original discount — even though it was an even exchange and their inventory issue caused the problem. Poor quality and terrible customer support!!! I am extremely disappointed by the appalling quality of this high-priced brand. After wearing my onesie just once, the seams started coming apart in several places. When I contacted customer support, I was initially offered a store voucher. After following up again, I was suddenly told that this was no longer possible. After that, all communication from customer support stopped. AVOID AVOID AVOID Sent me wrong items, sent it back. Was told a replacement order was to be sent, received a shipping email. A week passes and no movement on DHL which the courier claims Alo created a shipment but never actually sent the order off to them. Alo claim they did and I would receive it by a certain date.. news flash.. not received. I only shop at the store because my daughter-in-law loves the clothing. I have purchased her a gift card which was seamless. Then early October I purchased her the muse outfit top and bottom for Christmas. They live out of state. We were celebrating Christmas over Thanksgiving and since most of the stores I deal with start their Christmas extended return policies in October, I didn’t think it would be an issue, but I didn’t think to ask.
