I have emailed and called customer service no less than 20 times in the past month and I have still not gotten a response. Bought 2 gift cards for Christmas and neither one of them worked.

File a complaint with the BBB against this company. You should never shop here. I placed an order in November 2024. I shipped both items back for an exchange. I received one item and not the other. They kept my money and issued no refund or store credit. I’ve called 5 times, waiting on hold for hours. I’ve selected the call back option with no call back.
