you are buying the brand, not the product. Quality is worse than Lululemon and feels cheaper, yet somehow so much more expensive
I wish I could rate them zero stars. After removing me from the Pro Program without notice, not providing me with a gift card after canceling my order, multiple ignored emails, and over 2.5 hours on the phone with customer service, this company couldn’t be worse. I received a gift card after my dad’s sudden passing, or else I wouldn’t even be spending any money here anyways due to their horrible quality.
This is one of the worst companies to work for in all Los Angeles county! Terrible pay for employees. I uber these employees everyday for over a year and not a single person has ever tipped. They all seem so miserable to be going into the office everyday. I don’t really understand it since Alo is such a hot trending brand making a lot of money right now.

2 days in a row I’ve gone to the 10 Columbus circle address to retrieve my items and both times I’ve been told my items are. It in the store even though my email and customer service both state that my items are there. So on my daughter’s 16th birthday she had none of her items I had purchased for her.
