I went to this salon a few months ago. The owner's sister speaks english and she was who I initially spoke to. When I returned for highlights and roots, the owner did the worst job ever. I wish I never ever went there! She applied it wrong and used the wrong grade. She put bleach directly on my roots after I said I want darker roots (first) and then subtle highlights. They're always talking instead of cutting your hair! They will just leave you hanging. They do terrible hair cuts! My hair is still messed up! They don't even deserve a salon. Never went back again and don't plan on it. People make the right choice and go somewhere good.! Also forgot mention prices are crazy and they do terrible

I went in to get my hair chemically straightened a few days ago. I kid you not my hair is stuck to my head, feels worse than straw, and isn't even straight! The woman put the chemical on the top layer of hair and left it on for way more than 45 mins (the normal time). I went in calmly to tell her my hair was burned from the chemical (as well as parts of my face) and she refused to apologize or anything. She argued with me and kept insisting it is not burned.
