The young girl working there melia was very nice and respectful but the owner was rude not a nice way to just reopen your company I was upset with the treatment I received from the owner. Don't ever want to go there again.
This place it’s ridiculous I left a gold bracelet to be fixed on 16 of August.. they never called me or anything 2 months later I went to check on the bracelet they said that they send it to someone else to work on the bracelet 2 weeks later the bracelet was at the store (still nobody ever called me to let me know what’s happening…) I checked the bracelet and it was not fixed at all and they were asking for $70 for the repair (which it’s ridiculous)..so now it’s 10th of November they are never answering the phone every time ... read more
I was VERY pleased with the knowledge and service I had while at Alo Jewelers. They are a small family owned business and all very helpful while I was deciding on a ring to purchase. I will definitely be going back for future purchases.
Nice jewelry shop. Lots of selection, but not "up scale" nor organized well. Lot's of "unique" and seemingly estate pieces.
