I’ve only recently been coming to Alo, but both times I have walked out with the exact cut I wanted. Jess G is great and I look forward to my next appointment!
I went to get a haircut, and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The chair where they seated me was dirty. I explained to the stylist that I have oily hair and wanted an oval-shaped cut with some movement, plus some bangs that I could style to either side. He didn't even check my hairline—he just started cutting. He left a lot of conditioner residue in my hair, having applied it all the way down to my scalp. My first appointment with Deb was amazing. She made me feel instantly comfortable, and the whole experience was so relaxing. I left loving my hair and even got a bag full of goodies, which was such a thoughtful touch. I did have to rush out to pick up my daughter, but she still made sure to let me know if I needed anything adjusted or touched up to just reach out. Everything felt easy, polished, and just really well done. Can’t wait to go back!!
Went to ALO after finding Courtney on TikTok. She was fantastic. I showed her my vision for my hair and she executed it perfectly. She was so professional and fun to talk to. It was a great experience and I cannot wait to go back. She also makes a killer iced coffee ❤️
