Had a really disappointing experience at the Alo Soho store. Staff were dismissive, unhelpful, and acted like basic customer requests were a burden. Waited 20 minutes for a product they never brought — and treated it like a joke. Even worse, I was made to feel unwelcome just for being there with my child. I left everything I planned to buy and walked out. Totally unacceptable.

Today i was going to buy crop for gift but there was make up powder on it, just asked for new one because i cant buy it like that. after 5 min they gave me same crop top vet.They put water and tried to clean it but left side was vet. What kind of service mentality didnt get it at all. Was so funny!

No one giving service on the second floor for men’s, the fitting room in the second floor is it’s really not comfortable.

Management is toxic and passive aggressive. Had an interview for a job there, they said smbd will be right over, waited for an hour nobody checked up on me, went to management again, they said: she will be right there. after 10 min of waiting nobody came, I told a manager Will that I am leaving, he didn’t even care in the slightest. very disrespectful

Really rude and nasty customer service here— would not recommend even setting foot in the change rooms. Ruined the whole experience— two women in particular who were in the change rooms today at 12:30 made me feel super uncomfortable
