Totally useless pharmacy couldn't even follow simple instructions to send a prescription to a different chemist. Uncaring and incompetent.
Doctors themselves fantastic but website very misleading. Desk staff although polite need to be able to simply book an appointment when patients need them and not be referring people to the pathetic Econsult system that needs to be scrapped or offered as an option. People with mental health issues like myself who are constantly told to seek help see this as a barrier which can result in one of two simple emotions (mine is instant anger) that the staff should not have to be dealing with because of this pathetic booking system... read more
