Excellent customer service! I bought a car from them. They did everything to make me happy! They did all the work for me to make me happy. Recently got from the shop, my car is like new! Happy new year Alness Motors!
i’m very satisfied with the work of the mechanics they replaced transmission mount replaced coolant thermostat replaced transmission fluid and engine oil and also fixed minor problems great service now I’ll only go to em
I highly recommend avoiding this place. Unprofessional and unprepared for anything. Didn’t have staff willing to do their job. Guy was staring at me thru the window during business hour. Until I knocked, he came to the door slowly like he has no drive to live. I was told I could come anytime during hours of operation but when I got there, the only sales guy he has, left for the day. Again avoid for service or purchase. They also stalk your personal life before replying to these.
Apparently they close at 7pm…went there at 6:30 and there was no salesperson available…customer service is horrible…rude and ignorant workers…they probably sell cars that were in wrecks as I saw bunch of smashed cars in the back of their lot. Avoid at all costs
