Had a therapist session overlap with my appointment given. While the receptionist was very reasonable, the no show policy being one and done (even with the most tangible reason given) is not really equitable to any degree.
Bebe is amazing! She listens and provides solutions that actually work. She is compassionate and understood exactly what I was going through. I am now able to deal with my issues based on her providing coping techniques, the right medication and most of all, she always advises me that I can reach out at any time if I need her. I did not have a good experience with Dr Bebe. I felt she didn't listen to me and was very dismissive. However her receptionist Kristy is phenomenal. Super helpful and went out of her way to get things done for me more than once. Very efficient and sweet.
