I work in the health care industry and I have been calling the office now for 3 days straight and continue to get a busy signal. I have been sending a fax to request a call back and the fax line just rings and will not pick up to transmit. How are physicians offices and insurance suppose to get through to your office?
My experience here has always been amazing. From the front office staff to the nurse practitioners. Everyone is so patient and friendly. They all care about your well-being and overall health. Nurse Staggers is very informative and professional. She always goes the extra mile to ensure my family and I receive the best care possible. I would definitely recommend thes healthcare providers!
I was having a very severe headache all night and wasn’t able to sleep, after I spoke with Dr. Staggers. She assess my condition and ordered the needed medication and I received it within hours. She was very thorough, courteous, patient and understanding of my issue. This is a doctor. You would want to treat you when you are going through medical issues, a doctor that treats you like a human and not a number.
Very knowledgeable and dedicated staff. They are amazing!
