He didn’t listen to the patient, talked too fast and not allow the patient explained the pain. and refused to meet with patient even the appointment is available to schedule. Horrible experience.
He has a bad attitude and doesn't care to explain anything how to deal with pain or what you suppose to do for treatment, doesn't have enough equipment to lower the amount of pain through the biopsy, and he tells you take it or leave it and go to another doctor
I had my first appointment got testing done whatever they requested scheduled a follow up the day before they call and said they do not accept my insurance (same insurance I had at my 1st visit) they said I had to go all the way to San Bernardino if I wanted my insurance to cover I live I Corona so that’s too far!! I’m assuming they only want the private insurance in Corona and all medical/iehp seen in San Bernardino because I called my insurance and he is contracted. So they discriminate based on insurance. I've been seeing Dr Shakally in Corona. I've seen him twice now. I feel he's very thorough and I feel comfortable with him. He listens and spends time explaining or answering questions.
I’m a doctor and I took my dad to see him a month ago. He changed his diabetes medications and now my dad was able to get off insulin. I would trust him on my family, and would recommend him highly. Staff were very organized and excellent. Thank you for your care.
