My review is because they took the one in austin from us😭 and i am still having problems looking for a doctor for my kids😭😢😡 i will be ok if you come to kyle or buda… please return😢😢💜💜
I appreciate that they separate sick and well patients, but it’s frustrating when non-patients who are sick are allowed to sit in the sick section, which defeats the purpose. I had an 8:15 appointment but waited over an hour before the doctor finally came in, making me late for work. It’s unclear why appointments are scheduled if patients aren’t seen until hours later. Overall, the office feels very unorganized.
My boyfriend had an appointment at 2 and they made him wait an hour and 45 minutes, completely UNACCEPTABLE. Thankfully they are closing down.

This place goes above and beyond for their patients. They've taken good care of my son, They've been quick to clear up discrepancies with billing, which is rare with most medical facilities. They offer great advice and continue to offer world class care for us. They have definitely earned 5 stars.
