Ordered flowers for my wife to be delivered to her place of work. They were not delivered and she had to go pick them up herself, which was no big deal But I was charged a $10 dollar delivery fee even though my wife had to go pick them up. Called from overseas for my mom's birthday. They went above and beyond to make sure she got her arrangement on her birthday despite it being a Saturday. Very happy and highly recommend!
I ordered flowers for Valentine’s Day, hoping to create a wonderful surprise for my loved one. However, my excitement turned to frustration when the store called my wife to confirm she was home to accept the delivery. This completely ruined the surprise!
